WHAT DOES 100 DAY TRIAL + FREE RETURNS MEAN?
We offer free and easy returns for all domestic orders. Your first CoreWear product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 100 days of purchase. Please contact Customer Support to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. International shipments are not eligible for return. All domestic (USA) orders are eligible for the Free Returns policy.

After your payment is verified, your order will ship within 24 hours! Purchases made after 12 PM EST will be shipped out the next business day. Please allow 24 hours after shipping for order tracking information to go live.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Unfortunately, once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes!
I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Once you notify us that you would like a return, we'll email you a link to our returns portal within 24 hours.
Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Free returns apply to all orders that were shipped with USPS First Class. Free returns does not apply to expedited shipping methods.
After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.
