1. HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Simply select your model on the product page, click the "Add to Cart" button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

We will prepare your order and notify you when it is on its way!

2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Orders are usually shipped within 5 to 10 business days. International orders take an additional 1 to 2 weeks to ship.

3. MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT WORKING.

It may take 1-2 days for the tracking number to appear in the shipping company's system. Occasionally, the shipping company may lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working after a few days, please contact the shipping company.

4. I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER

Orders are usually shipped within 5 to 10 business days. International orders take an additional 1 to 2 weeks to ship.

If your order has not arrived after 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), please contact our team and we will be happy to assist you.
